Abstract. The influence of Behavioristic Group Counseling with Assertive Training Techniques on Bullying Victims at SMP N 1 Bobotsari is motivated by the existence of bullying behavior caused by the inability of students who are victims of bullying to be assertive in the school and social environment. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is application of behavioristic counseling with assertive training techniques to victims of bullying at SMP N 1 Bootsari. This research uses quantitative research, pre-experimental design research methods carried out in one pretest-posttest design group. The sample in this study was 6 students who were victims of bullying. Obtaining a population using a purposive sampling technique collects illustrations without random sources. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. The results of the hypothesis test, the results of the t test from the paired sample test on Sig. (2-tailed) are 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is an influence from the group counseling service. It can be concluded that behavioristic group counseling services with assertive training techniques have an effect on bullying victims.

Abstrak. Pengaruh Konseling Kelompok Behavioristik dengan Teknik Assertive Training terhadap Korban Bullyiing di SMP N 1 Bobotsari dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya perilaku bullying yang disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan siswa korban bullying dalam bersikap asertif di lingkungan sekolah dan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah ada penerapan konseling behavioristik dengan teknik assertive training pada korban bullying di SMP N 1 Bootsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, metode penelitian pre-eksperimental desain dilakukan dalam satu kelompok pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 6 siswa korban bullying. Mendapatkan populasi dengan teknik sampling purposive mengumpulkan ilustrasi tanpa bersumber pada random. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji hipotesis hasil uji t dari paired sample test pada Sig.(2-tailed) yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. dengan demikian, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh dari layanan konseling kelompok. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok behavioristik dengan teknik assertive training berpengaruh terhadap korban bullying.
