Screening Plagiarism

Manuscripts submitted to TEKS Jurnal Pendidikan, Bahasa, dan Pengajarannya. are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin. When plagiarism is identified by Turnitin,  the editor is responsible for the review of the manuscript and will agree the measurement according to the extent of plagiarism detected in the manuscript in agreement with the following guidelines:

less than equal to 20% similarity index

the manuscript is accepted to be reviewed or the author is requested to improve citation.

between 20 - 35 % similarity index

The submitted manuscript is sent back to the author for improvement to cite the original sources properly.

More than 35 % similarity index

The paper is rejected automatically.
