Integrasi Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Agama Dalam Perspektif Filsafat Pendidikan Islam Di Era Modern

The integration of general and religious knowledge in modern Islamic education is a crucial issue amidst globalization and rapid technological advancement. This study begins with the central issue of the separation between religious and general knowledge, which is considered an obstacle to the development of comprehensive Islamic education. The aim of this study is to analyze the challenges and opportunities in this integration process, focusing on philosophical, theological, and practical approaches. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative analysis of relevant sources. The results indicate that the integration of science and religion can increase the relevance of Islamic education in accordance with the demands of the times and the needs of modern society. However, this study also found that structural challenges and paradigm differences remain major obstacles to the integration process. It can be concluded that collective support from various parties, both conceptually and in policy, is key to the successful implementation of science integration in the current Islamic education system.
