Open Access Policy

PAUDIA: Jurnal Penelitian dalam Bidang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini is an open-access journal committed to providing free access to scholarly research in early childhood education to readers worldwide. The journal supports the dissemination of research findings and the exchange of knowledge within the academic community and the wider public.

1. Open Access Principles

PAUDIA supports the principles of open access articulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes the free availability of scholarly research on the internet and enables readers to access and use scholarly works responsibly. This commitment respects authorship attribution, copyright, and the applicable licensing terms.

2. Immediate Open Access

PAUDIA provides immediate open access to all published articles. Readers may access, read, and download articles without subscription fees or article access charges. No embargo period applies to published content.

3. Access to and Reuse of Published Articles

All articles published by PAUDIA are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Under this license, readers may copy, redistribute, and adapt published articles for non-commercial purposes, provided that they appropriately credit the original author(s), cite the original publication, include a link to the license, and indicate whether changes have been made. Adapted material must be distributed under the same license. Commercial use is not permitted under this license unless additional permission is obtained from the relevant rights holder.

4. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright to their articles published in PAUDIA. By publishing with PAUDIA, authors grant the journal the right to publish, distribute, and make their articles publicly available in accordance with the journal's publication policies and the applicable license terms.

Open access publication does not transfer copyright ownership from the authors to the journal. Authors and readers are expected to comply with the applicable licensing terms when using, sharing, or adapting published content.

5. Open Access and Publication Fees

Access to published articles is free of charge for readers. However, open access does not eliminate the publication fees applicable to authors. Information about publication charges is provided separately on the journal's Author Fees page.
