Manuscript Types

JIPMat (Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Matematika) accepts manuscripts within its Focus and Scope: mathematics education from elementary school to higher education. The journal publishes the following types of manuscripts:

1. Research Article

An original article reporting the results of empirical research in mathematics education (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, design or development research, classroom action research, and similar). The article is organized into Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

2. Conceptual / Review Article

An article that presents conceptual thoughts or ideas, or a systematic or critical review of the literature on a specific issue in mathematics education. A review article must offer a clear synthesis and new perspective, not merely a summary of previous studies.

All manuscripts must be original, must not have been published previously, and must not be under consideration by another journal. Detailed formatting requirements are available in the Author Guidelines and the article template.
