Archiving and Preservation

PAUDIA: Jurnal Penelitian dalam Bidang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini is committed to preserving its published scholarly content and supporting long-term access to its articles. The journal uses digital archiving arrangements and participates in scholarly information dissemination platforms to support the accessibility, discoverability, and continued availability of its publications.

1. Internet Archive

PAUDIA independently archives its published articles through the Internet Archive, an online digital archiving platform. Published articles uploaded to the platform provide additional access points to the journal's scholarly content.

Archived content may be accessed through the Internet Archive at https://archive.org/. The availability of archived files is subject to the platform's operation and preservation practices.

2. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS

PAUDIA's Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform supports publisher manifest mechanisms designed to facilitate the collection of published journal content by participating digital preservation networks, including LOCKSS and CLOCKSS.

The actual preservation of journal content through these networks depends on the appropriate technical configuration and fulfillment of the applicable participation and preservation requirements. The availability of a publisher manifest alone does not confirm that published issues have been preserved by either network.

PAUDIA will identify LOCKSS and CLOCKSS as active preservation arrangements once their implementation and participation status have been verified.

3. GARUDA Indexing and Discoverability

PAUDIA's published articles are listed in GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital), an Indonesian scholarly publication discovery platform. GARUDA supports the discoverability of the journal's publications by providing access to bibliographic information and links to published research.

GARUDA complements PAUDIA's archiving arrangements by facilitating access to article information. Its indexing and discovery function is distinct from long-term digital preservation.

4. Access to Published Content

PAUDIA seeks to maintain access to its published articles through its official journal website and available digital archiving arrangements. The journal may review and update its preservation practices as technical capabilities and preservation agreements develop.
