Mothers play a central role as madrasatul ula (the first school). However, many Aisyiyah cadres do not yet understand children's motor development amid rising nutritional issues caused by a lack of physical activity among children in Tasikmalaya. This study aims to examine cadres' perceptions and formulate physical development strategies within Muhammadiyah families in Tasikmalaya. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were gathered from 15 informants through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results reveal a gap between the understanding of religious values and physical practices, and yield an "Islamic Bodily Epistemology" model that positions children's physical activity as an act of worship (ibadah). In conclusion, the integration of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) values into physical education significantly strengthens the mother's parenting role. The novelty of this study lies in merging the Islamic epistemic dimension with early childhood physical development. This research provides a strategic contribution by offering a practical parenting module framework for the Aisyiyah organization.
